We loved our stay here. It was perfect for my family of 4. Super clean and looked just like the pictures! The surrounding area was beautiful. It was just steps to the beach and a short walk to the pool. The kitchen had all we needed to cook a few meals. Ghazal was friendly and very responsive. Hoping to be able to return one day!!

This condo was beautiful, nicely located and so very quiet. Me and my daughter had a long girls weekend here and very much enjoyed it. We felt very safe. The communications were proactive and thorough. The condo is right next to the path that leads to the beach so our access point was just right there. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Unit has beautiful views and is very clean. Good value if you have more than 4 people. Host is very responsive. Very private and quiet. You cannot walk to the resort from this unit. You can drive and park for free, but it is still a bit of a walk to the pool and restaurants at the resort.

We had a fabulous vacation at this fabulous property! The neighborhood is beautiful and peaceful but also close to restaurants, shops, beaches, and state parks. The space was perfect for our family with 4 adults. The views are amazing from the porches and the large window in the living space. Every detail was well thought out and made our stay easy. Sweet treats and wine were a special touch to make us feel welcome. The host was great with communication. We had the pleasure to meet our hosts and they were wonderful! Highly recommend!

Watching the ocean waves from your room is magical! This place has so many areas to watch the sunrise. Forth floor has great balcony views as well as the coastline views. Condo was very modern and updated. The walking paths and grounds are beautiful & the pool is right around the corner!
Can’t wait to return!

The condo had gorgeous views from every room, which was a brilliant layout. We love the beautiful landscaping and how the live oak canopies provide shade and a sense of peace. 

Ghazal was wonderful to work with, and provided great communications. The wine and chocolate were a special touch, and a welcome treat after a long drive!

The only downside is the distance from the downtown shops and restaurants, but the privacy of the condo’s location definitely made it worthwhile for us. I would highly recommend this place to someone looking for a more private relaxing beach vacation.

The pictures of the condo were a perfect description of this unit. We spent hours looking at the ocean from the balcony and the living room. What a view. The property itself is breathtaking and very well kept we highly recommend coming to Amelia Island, and working with Ghazal .

We LOVED staying at Ghazal’s place this past week. It was amazing to be right on the water, seeing and hearing the ocean at all times of the day and night. We arrived after dark, so it was a little tricky to find Sea Dunes the first time - but once we found it, it was easy the rest of the trip. The folks at the gate were friendly and advised plugging in the address after the gate entrance address and it worked perfectly. 

The kitchen is cozy, but has all of the essentials needed for making meals in. The condo was actually much bigger than we thought looking at the pictures. Ghazal accommodated our ask for an extra couch blanket and quickly helped us get the blind in the master bedroom working. She was fantastic to work with! 

We didn’t spend much time at the Omni resort as it was a much farther walk than we originally thought it would be. It took us two hours round trip (with kids, keep in mind). When we did go, the kids enjoyed the nature center! No regrets booking here!

The condo was perfect. It is located in a larger resort area but when you into the unit you wouldn't know it. The views are amazing and it was a bonus that both bedrooms offered ocean views. When you are sitting on the patio you have plenty of privacy. Ghazal was very helpful prior to arrival and during our stay. I would definitely stay here again!

The condo was fabulous, and exactly as advertised. Furniture and beds were very comfortable. One small issue was addressed immediately. Views of the ocean from virtually every room were stunning. Beach was great. We'll stay again.

We had a great visit to Amelia Island staying in this lovely condo. The condominium is immaculate, very well stocked kitchen beautiful views from every room. Ghazal was such a great host from the welcome nite when we arrived, amenities for our convenience and enjoyment, checking was so easy and staying on the plantation is always a treat. We will be back!

Ghazal, is a phenomenal host. She went above and beyond to make us feel home. She was always there when we needed help.

Excellent. Except for the uncertain cell service, the occasional construction noise, and our early departure due to the death of my brother-in-law. Ghazal was wonderful.

Really beautiful location.
We were able to sleep with the doors open and listen to the waves in bed every night. Beach is clean and not busy. The neighborhood makes you feel like you're in a resort in a tropical location. Beautiful tunnels of trees welcoming you as you drive to the building. I will definitely stay here next time if its available.

First time visit to Amelia Island and loved it. Growing up in SC, felt like a mixture of Charleston, Myrtle Beach, and Hilton Head. Enjoyed golf, shopping, the history, and the beach. The condo was beautiful and perfect for our vacation and the host was more than helpful. Would definitely visit again!
