We enjoyed three nights at this beautiful 5th floor condo. The condo was very clean and tastefully decorated; it had everything we needed. The ocean view from the balcony was great! We love Amelia Island walking/biking trails and the little shopping village. We will definitely be back if we can! Our only suggestion is to upgrade the Master bedroom TV- the cable flickers off and on so it was impossible to watch.

A truly lovely fifth-floor condo, very well-appointed and comfortable, with a great view of the beach and ocean. Everything was perfect! We couldn’t ask for more. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning.

This villa was absolutely perfect for my husband and me as we celebrated our wedding anniversary. Ghazal, our wonderful host, went above and beyond by surprising us with a bottle of wine and dark chocolate, even though she had no idea we were celebrating! The villa looked exactly like the pictures on the website—stunning. The view was incredible, and the atmosphere was so peaceful, like a slice of paradise and luxury combined. We had never heard of Amelia Island before and stumbled upon this gem by accident, but it turned out to be the best discovery. This place is a must-stay! It felt so much like home."

We enjoyed our stay at Sea Dunes and would love to be repeat visitors. The check in was seamless. The resort is much larger than I realized but we didnt mind driving to the shops and restaurants. The beach and pool were easily accessible and a quick walk. The view was amazing. We will be returning again.

Perfect location! Watched dolphins swimming from the bedroom window and loved having one of the local vendors deliver an umbrella and beach chairs to the perfect spot on the beach in front of us.

This our third visit to Amelia Island but our first stay in this condo/resort. This unit is the cleanest condo I have ever rented anywhere! The unit's furnishings are high quality and the condo's aesthetic is peaceful and serene. And the views are incredible. I would highly recommend this unit and we hope to return again to this place! We were welcomed with wine and chocolate, AND fresh flowers! Our entire stay was beyond our expectations. It was a short weekend for us, and we wished we had an extra day or two and talked about making this an annual, if not semi-annual, stay for us because we cannot wait to stay in this exact place again! It is beautifully furnished and well equipped with everything that we needed. The beach and pool were easily accessible. Check in was easy and Ghazal checked to make sure everything was good. This was the best experience we’ve had at an airbnb and the property and manager truly deserve this 5* review.

My wife and I like to stay in Amelia several times a year and we have rented several units over that time. Ghazal’s place is one of our new favorites. It is one of the best Short term rentals Amelia Island for every traveler.

Ghazal's attention to detail and responsiveness made our trip an absolute breeze. If there was a question she answered immediately. The condo was perfect and met all of our needs. We can't say enough good things about the host and the place of stay. We will definitely be back and will use our amazing host again.

The Villa was beautiful. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals. Very clean and spacious. View was amazing from windows and balcony. The resort was very well maintained and private. At night we never heard a peep out of anyone else staying at the resort. The elevator was quick and convenient. The beaches…. Oh man the beaches were gorgeous. If you come to Amelia Island check out the state parks as well. They are beautiful.Every single thing was amazing. Thank you for your attention to detail.

We had a wonderful stay on Amelia Island. Such a beautiful ocean front condo with all of the comforts of home. We know some folks just want “a place to sleep” while traveling. Not us! Why travel and accept lesser accommodations than what you are used to at home? This beautiful condo did not disappoint in any way. Ghazal was the PERFECT host. We truly couldn’t ask for more. We were so well taken care of. Highly, highly recommend this piece of heaven.

The condo was just as pictured on the website, and we had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The building and resort grounds are very well taken care of. We had a beautiful view of the ocean and enjoyed walking on the pristine beach. We hope to return again soon.
