We had an amazing stay at this beautiful property! Everything was perfect. This condo is so beautifully decorated and everything is so clean. It's quiet yet convenient to beach, pool and restaurants. We will be back!

We enjoyed three nights

We enjoyed three nights at this beautiful 5th floor condo. The condo was very clean and tastefully decorated; it had everything we needed. The ocean view from the balcony was great! We love Amelia Island walking/biking trails and the little shopping village. We will definitely be back if we can! Our only suggestion is to upgrade the Master bedroom TV- the cable flickers off and on so it was impossible to watch.

This condo is outstanding!

This condo is outstanding! It has stunning views of the ocean from many, huge windows. The furniture is beautiful and comfortable. We all loved staying here! Ghazal was over the top with her customer service. If I could give her a 10 Star rating I would. I highly recommend this place for your next vacation. Pure bliss. :)

We loved our stay here

We loved our stay here. It was perfect for my family of 4. Super clean and looked just like the pictures! The surrounding area was beautiful. It was just steps to the beach and a short walk to the pool. The kitchen had all we needed to cook a few meals. Ghazal was friendly and very responsive. Hoping to be able to return one day!!

This condo was beautiful, nicely located and so very quiet. Me and my daughter had a long girls weekend here and very much enjoyed it. We felt very safe. The communications were proactive and thorough. The condo is right next to the path that leads to the beach so our access point was just right there. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

A truly lovely fifth-floor condo, very well-appointed and comfortable, with a great view of the beach and ocean. Everything was perfect! We couldn’t ask for more. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning.

ABSOLUTELY PERFECT!

This villa was absolutely perfect for my husband and me as we celebrated our wedding anniversary. Ghazal, our wonderful host, went above and beyond by surprising us with a bottle of wine and dark chocolate, even though she had no idea we were celebrating! The villa looked exactly like the pictures on the website—stunning. The view was incredible, and the atmosphere was so peaceful, like a slice of paradise and luxury combined. We had never heard of Amelia Island before and stumbled upon this gem by accident, but it turned out to be the best discovery. This place is a must-stay! It felt so much like home."

We loved our stay! Accommodations were very comfortable. Very convenient pool and beach access for our family. Ghazal was very proactive in communicating with me to make sure we had everything we needed.

The view was amazing

We enjoyed our stay at Sea Dunes and would love to be repeat visitors. The check in was seamless. The resort is much larger than I realized but we didnt mind driving to the shops and restaurants. The beach and pool were easily accessible and a quick walk. The view was amazing. We will be returning again.

Highly Recommend!

Ocean front, third floor, we usually go higher but this condo was so perfect for our needs we will be back. The kitchen was beautifully stocked with whatever you needed to cook family meals. Condo beautifully decorated, what you see in the pictures is exactly what you get. Management was very communicative. Highly recommend.

Perfect location! Watched dolphins swimming from the bedroom window and loved having one of the local vendors deliver an umbrella and beach chairs to the perfect spot on the beach in front of us.

Ghazal is the perfect host. Instructions were clear and easy to follow, every detail was attended to, space was absolutely perfect for our needs, welcome packet and small touches made us feel right at home. She provided information about the local area, restaurant recommendations, information on Beach rentals, and answered questions promptly. This was the perfect space for our family vacation and I would definitely stay here again!

Will stay here again!

I looked through numerous condo listings before I ran across Ghazal's.  This was our first trip to Amelia Island and we absolutely loved it!  We have two daughters (11 & 13) and they loved this condo/pool/beach above anywhere else that we have stayed.  The condo was clean and everything was so organized.  Check in was a breeze and everyone here at the resort was so friendly.  The condo matched the pictures!  Overall, we plan to stay here again.

Wonderful!

We stayed for our 40th wedding anniversary and could not have asked for anything better. Location was great, got to wake up to a beautiful sunrise every morning, which you could see from the master bedroom, sunset was right outside of the front door! The property was beautiful and quiet. This may be my new favorite place for vacation and possibly retirement.

The condo was gorgeous

My family & I go to Amelia Island/Fernandina Beach multiple times a year but this was our first time staying at the Omni and we absolutely loved it. The condo was gorgeous, loved the balconies that we used to sit and relax, the pool was never crowded. Not too far of a drive from downtown area.

Amazing Amelia Island stay

We had a fabulous vacation at this fabulous property! The neighborhood is beautiful and peaceful but also close to restaurants, shops, beaches, and state parks. The space was perfect for our family with 4 adults. The views are amazing from the porches and the large window in the living space. Every detail was well thought out and made our stay easy. Sweet treats and wine were a special touch to make us feel welcome. The host was great with communication. We had the pleasure to meet our hosts and they were wonderful! Highly recommend!

Stellar!!!!!

The location is wonderful. Love this building and the unit is wonderfully renovated in the new beach motif but not over done. There is a room on main floor… nice for those that can’t do stair and two upstairs. Management is extremely responsive. Had a simple issue and they can right away to correct. I highly recommend this unit and will be back!!!

Wonderful staff

Watching the ocean waves from your room is magical! This place has so many areas to watch the sunrise. Forth floor has great balcony views as well as the coastline views. Condo was very modern and updated. The walking paths and grounds are beautiful & the pool is right around the corner!
Can’t wait to return!

The condo had gorgeous views from every room, which was a brilliant layout. We love the beautiful landscaping and how the live oak canopies provide shade and a sense of peace. 

Ghazal was wonderful to work with, and provided great communications. The wine and chocolate were a special touch, and a welcome treat after a long drive!

We had a wonderful stay at Ghazal’s
Place on Amelia Island. The condo was spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect for us, and footsteps away from the pool and the beach. It was not crowded and very family oriented. Ghazal was very friendly and responsive from the moment we booked until the day we left. We had an amazing time and plan to stay again in the future!

Great Stay

Plenty of space. Good location within the Plantation. Whether by car, golf cart, or foot, easy access to beach, shops, sports, and dining. Plenty of space and clean inside. Pool was well maintained and had sufficient chairs for visiting & sunning.

Ghazal’s place was beautiful inside, super clean, and well stocked if you plan on cooking! The drive to the location was gorgeous and close to everything we needed. She left some thoughtful touches inside which were really sweet and answered any questions that I had quickly. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay at her place again. Thank you!

WHAT A VIEW!

The pictures of the condo were a perfect description of this unit. We spent hours looking at the ocean from the balcony and the living room. What a view. The property itself is breathtaking and very well kept we highly recommend coming to Amelia Island, and working with Ghazal .

GREAT EXPERIENCE WITH GRANDKIDS

We LOVED staying at Ghazal’s place this past week. It was amazing to be right on the water, seeing and hearing the ocean at all times of the day and night. We arrived after dark, so it was a little tricky to find Sea Dunes the first time - but once we found it, it was easy the rest of the trip. The folks at the gate were friendly and advised plugging in the address after the gate entrance address and it worked perfectly. 

The kitchen is cozy, but has all of the essentials needed for making meals in. The condo was actually much bigger than we thought looking at the pictures. Ghazal accommodated our ask for an extra couch blanket and quickly helped us get the blind in the master bedroom working. She was fantastic to work with! 

We didn’t spend much time at the Omni resort as it was a much farther walk than we originally thought it would be. It took us two hours round trip (with kids, keep in mind). When we did go, the kids enjoyed the nature center! No regrets booking here!

Amelia Island Spring Break

Everything you could need away from home was provided. Beds were very comfortable and all the right size. Getting more than one king and two separate beds is not easy. Very spacious with a beautiful view of the ocean. Access to ocean and the pool were conveniently located. Plenty of parking. The host got back to me timely with any questions. I’d rent this property again the next time we’re in Amelia Island.

We had a truly wonderful stay! The condo was perfect - beautiful and exactly as the photos showed. Ghazel’s hospitality and communication were top notch - warm, welcoming, and informative. We’ve rented through several companies on Amelia Island and this was by far our best experience. We can’t wait to return! Thank you!!

Wonderful place to stay, the owner was extremely responsive when we had to call her. Lots of endless trails for walking & biking. The beach is an easy walk of 12 minutes, the setting is stunning.Very safe & friendly.Would highly recommend. Gail

Lovely Condo with a beautiful view of the ocean! Very neat and clean! A little hard to find because the resort is so big but Ghazal was very helpful with her instructions and responsive on phone and text!

This was a lovely location with stunning views. The condo was very well equipped with everything you would need . It was clean and well kept up. There are many great restaurants on property and not too far away, as well. We had a wonderful stay despite cold temps and will definitely be back!

Located in a quiet resort, the two-story penthouse was spectacular. Plenty of space for six adults, each bedroom had its own bath. Spacious, bright, and beautifully decorated common areas and well equipped kitchen for cooking. Outdoor spaces with seating to enjoy the ocean view. Ample parking and elevator to the top floor. Lots of games and entertainment, including Bluetooth enabled TV and stereo for music. We appreciated the extra amenities like coffee and tea with fixings, a bottle of wine, chocolates. Lots of extra touches that made us feel at home. We would definitely stay again!

AMAZING VIEW

The condo was perfect. It is located in a larger resort area but when you into the unit you wouldn't know it. The views are amazing and it was a bonus that both bedrooms offered ocean views. When you are sitting on the patio you have plenty of privacy. Ghazal was very helpful prior to arrival and during our stay. I would definitely stay here again!

Comfortable and clean with a great view.

Our family of 4 ( two teenage daughters) enjoyed the condo for a long weekend at the beach. We enjoyed being on the Omni property and the girls had fun walking the trails, hanging out on the beach or at the pool. The condo was very clean,  master bed was comfortable and kitchen was well stocked. The wine and chocolates were a nice touch!! Ghazal left us two beach chairs, which were great! The sunrise was also beautiful from the balcony. We’d definitely stay here again.

Birthday Weekend

The condo was fabulous, and exactly as advertised. Furniture and beds were very comfortable. One small issue was addressed immediately. Views of the ocean from virtually every room were stunning. Beach was great. We'll stay again.

Great experience during Hurricane Milton

We decided to switch Airbnb locations due to Hurricane Milton. Our original location had a mandatory evacuation, so the reservation was canceled. I scoured options on Amelia Island and saw the excellent reviews for this place in the Omni resort. I contacted Ghazal to ask if we could book the same day to make sure our flight would get into Jacksonville. She allowed us to book before 10am, same day and everything went well. We had a beautiful long weekend enjoying the beautiful views, the pool, and the ocean breeze. Just very relaxing. The only minor inconvenience is the lack of beach towels. Friends living near by dropped off four beach towels for us to use, which worked out fine. And I imagine beach towels may walk away easily, if provided.  Everything else was just perfect!

The suite is beautifully

The suite is beautifully decorated with amazing views and amenities. The property is meticulously maintained and has everything you need for a great stay. Ghazal was very responsive and offered recommendations on local restaurants and getting around the island. We look forward to returning again soon!

Amazing Ocean View!

This place is beautiful and the ocean views are amazing! I was impressed at how clean the unit was. The welcome gift was a very nice touch.

The condo is very spacious with an amazing view of the beach and ocean. Furnishings are updated and comfortable and the kitchen was extremely well appointed with everything you could possibly need. Three bathrooms was a real plus for our party of six ladies. This was the perfect location for our annual girls’ weekend but would also be great for families.

Perfect spot on Amelia Island

It is a beautiful spot that exceeded expectations! Excellent location, easy access to the pool, beach, and ocean views. It was a well-furnished condo with everything we needed, including some. It will be an ongoing favorite!

My wife and I like to stay in Amelia several times a year and we have rented several units over that time. Ghazal’s place is one of our new favorites. It is one of the best Short term rentals Amelia Island for every traveler.

We have stayed and Amelia Island Plantation for the last 20 years and always at Turtle Dunes or Sea Dunes.We thoroughly enjoyed the high floor and the view as well as the accommodations. The kitchen was fully stocked. The unit has a full sized washer and dryer. All around a great location and we hope to stay here again.

Just Incredible!

Outside of all the fees it was great. Beautiful condo. Nice pool. Beach access. The place was extremely clean. I’m meticulous (I bring my own vacuum when I vacation) and it was clean to my standards which are high. 

The only thing “wrong” I could nitpick was a light bulb was out in the table lamp but if that’s the only critique I can find I think that’s pretty incredible. 

Ghazal was very polite and responsive. I was coming into a town I used to live in & had quite a few friends and family visit. She was so helpful to add them to the guest list. 

We will stay here in the future for sure! The condo was fully upgraded and just incredible.

Gorgeous View, Beautiful and Comfortable Condo.

We enjoyed our stay. Beautiful view of the ocean. The condo was gorgeous and had everything we needed. Nice, peaceful location. The living room was spacious and plenty of comfortable seating. The host left us a bottle of wine and chocolates which was a special touch. Kitchen was super equipped with everything we needed and more.

Above and Beyond our Expectation !

We absolutely loved this property. We have stayed at many FL beach properties and this was above and beyond. The sweeping ocean views from the balcony, kitchen and living room were amazing. The condo is just steps away from the beach. There are fabulous walking/biking trails throughout the Omni property. The kitchen had everything and more - nice, new pots and pans, plenty of various serving dishes and all kinds of extras. The beds were super comfy and it was quiet at the property. You are a close drive to many great restaurants, some of our favorites, T-Rays, Timoti’s, España, Indigo and Palms Fish Camp. We can’t wait to come back to this slice of coastal heaven.

Cozy Condo with Warm Welcome !

The condo was lovely and upon arrival, arriving at 9pm we found a lovely welcome note with a bottle of wine and chocolates.

Immaculate Stay !

We had a great visit to Amelia Island staying in this lovely condo. The condominium is immaculate, very well stocked kitchen beautiful views from every room. Ghazal was such a great host from the welcome nite when we arrived, amenities for our convenience and enjoyment, checking was so easy and staying on the plantation is always a treat. We will be back!

Fantastic Honeymoon

Ghazal was a fantastic host. I had let Ghazal know that my wife and I would be on our honeymoon, and she went above and beyond to make us feel special the moment we walked in the door. We are locals who are relocating to North Carolina. We sold our home on the island and while we were waiting on closing we decided to experience the south end of the island for a couple of weeks. Ghazel was very helpful and quick to respond any time I reached out. Place was warm and inviting. You will not be disappointed!! I took many walks throughout the property! So peaceful + beautiful. I recommend renting a golf cart and head to the marsh for a spectacular sunset! It's buggy, so don't forget the bug repellent!! It was a pleasure to stay here + I'd definitely stay again!

Spring break 2024

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything was just as it was listed! Nice quiet area. Short walk to beach. Just what we needed!!

Lovely condo

Nicely snuggled in a wooded area. Wonderful two bedroom setup with own private entrances. Manager was very attentive and available. Nice bottle of wine, chocolates, and friendly note awaited us. Very clean and easy access to walking trails.

HAPPY EVEN IN COLD FLORIDA

Excellent. Except for the uncertain cell service, the occasional construction noise, and our early departure due to the death of my brother-in-law. Ghazal was wonderful.

Fabulous!

The Villa was beautiful. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals. Very clean and spacious. View was amazing from windows and balcony. The resort was very well maintained and private. At night we never heard a peep out of anyone else staying at the resort. The elevator was quick and convenient. The beaches…. Oh man the beaches were gorgeous. If you come to Amelia Island check out the state parks as well. They are beautiful.Every single thing was amazing. Thank you for your attention to detail.

Short. Getaway

We greatly enjoyed staying at the condo. Everything is exceptionally clean and well cared for. We most definitely will stay again !

Beautiful condo with a great view.

Really beautiful location.
We were able to sleep with the doors open and listen to the waves in bed every night. Beach is clean and not busy. The neighborhood makes you feel like you're in a resort in a tropical location. Beautiful tunnels of trees welcoming you as you drive to the building. I will definitely stay here next time if its available.

Perfect Getaway

We were very impressed with the condo. We liked the fact the we could see and hear the ocean so close up. This is a wonderful place to visit and relax.

We had a wonderful stay on Amelia Island. Such a beautiful ocean front condo with all of the comforts of home. We know some folks just want “a place to sleep” while traveling. Not us! Why travel and accept lesser accommodations than what you are used to at home? This beautiful condo did not disappoint in any way. Ghazal was the PERFECT host. We truly couldn’t ask for more. We were so well taken care of. Highly, highly recommend this piece of heaven.

The photos do not do it justice. This was our first time staying in a VRBO & WOW it was amazing. Ghazal went out of her way for us. Directions, restaurants, grocery stores & bday celebration recommendations.

Fall beach getaway

First time visit to Amelia Island and loved it. Growing up in SC, felt like a mixture of Charleston, Myrtle Beach, and Hilton Head. Enjoyed golf, shopping, the history, and the beach. The condo was beautiful and perfect for our vacation and the host was more than helpful. Would definitely visit again!

Beautiful beach condo!

We enjoyed our stay here on the third floor of Turtle Dunes. We’ve stayed in other 3BR units (over the past 20 years) and this one is our favorite for our family of 6. Kitchen is well stocked, everything was clean, management is fabulous. We love the ocean front view and also the pool view from this end unit. We will be back :)

Amelia Oceanfront Penthouse

This was one of the best (if not the best) property our family has rented. Furnishings and decor are top notch. Views of the Atlantic Ocean are unobstructed. The location allows privacy when wanted with only a short drive for everything you need. We will definitely be back.

Wonderful Condo

The condo was just as pictured on the website, and we had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The building and resort grounds are very well taken care of. We had a beautiful view of the ocean and enjoyed walking on the pristine beach. We hope to return again soon.

Perfect condo to rent with amazing views...

We enjoyed a nice fall break in this condo. Gorgeous views. This condo has everything you need with little nice touches. (liquid hand soap in bathrooms, trash bags, laundry detergent, etc.) The bedrooms are large and the bathrooms are nice. Huge family room as well. We brought our 2 teens and allowed them to bring a friend. It was the perfect set up. The pool is clean and beautiful. We would definitely rent this exact unit again. Plenty of parking too. ZERO complaints! We loved it!

Beautiful view

This is a beautiful condo and when the additional renovations of two of the bathrooms are complete it will be amazing! The view is beyond compare and Gazal could not have been nicer and more accommodating. We had a lovely stay.

Fun girls trip

We stayed at this condo for a girls week. We had a great time going to the beach, and pool. The condo was perfect, and Gazal and Laily were great to work with. Would come back. Loved it there.

Great location, updated kitchen, nice and comfortable furniture. The penthouse is perfectly located on the beach. The REALTORS are great to work with.

Great Views

The condo was stunning! The views of the ocean were absolutely amazing. The only disappointment was that the pool was closed for maintenance but that wasn’t the fault of the property owner. Other than that, this was the perfect place for our family to stay!

We have always enjoyed Amelia Island and have stayed at Ritz Carlton and Omni Plantation in the past and this is by far the cleanest and most beautifully decorated unit that we have stayed in . It comes with all the amenities and extras except for your personal shampoo . A complimentary bottle of wine and chocolate was a very nice touch ! We would not hesitate to come back again !! Thank you !!!

Nicest Place to Stay!

Laily, at the rental office was amazing. From the very beginning she strived to make our vacation the most enjoyable possible. Any time I had a question, she got back to me. The condo was absolutely gorgeous with amazing views! Our family play tennis, golf, and hung out at the beach. We were fortunate that the winter weather was so warm. When we entered the condo there was a welcome gift waiting for us which was so nice after our long drive. Thank you Gazal and Laily! We will definitely stay at your rental again!

Amazing!...

The apartment has two sections that can be separated for in-laws or friends. The in-law section has its own kitchenette.

The apartment is near a quiet and uncrowded beach and parking is not a problem. Overall, this was the perfect place for people on a budget who want daily beach access and golf without the hassles of crowds or traffic.
